Workshop on HealthTech Medicine: Collaboration Between Fraunhofer IGD and Rostock University Medical Center
The guests from Rostock visited the HealthLab at Fraunhofer IGD to learn more about its work.
Another demonstration took place at Fraunhofer IGD’s CultLab3D.
On September 28 and 29, a joint workshop between Fraunhofer IGD and Rostock University Medical Center was held in Darmstadt. The workshop focused on the key topic of “HealthTech Medicine.” This interdisciplinary collaboration began in Rostock in May of this year and was further deepened and advanced in Darmstadt. The cooperation focused on three main topics: “Assistance and Sensor Systems,” “Multidimensional Data,” and “Smart Devices.” During the workshop, the 15-member delegation from Rostock had the opportunity to gain a detailed impression of Fraunhofer IGD’s current research activities through live demonstrations.
