Machine@Hand at the Final Conference in Berlin
The time has come – the Machine@Hand project is in its final phase and running at full speed! The development enables practice-oriented, workplace-related education and training using virtual reality (VR) – even for workplaces that are not actually available at the training location itself.
On September 11, 2019, the SVL2020 final conference will take place at the Fraunhofer Forum in Berlin. The project “Social Virtual Learning 2020” is funded by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research. As project lead of Machine@Hand, Dr.-Ing. Mario Aehnelt, who has headed the Competence Center “Visual Assistance Technologies” at Fraunhofer IGD in Rostock since 2017, will report on the current state of research together with other project partners. They will then take a look into the future: What’s next for Machine@Hand? Here you can find the program and registration for the final conference.
For those who would like to experience Machine@Hand live, we recommend attending the User Day on October 25, 2019, at the Fraunhofer Forum in Berlin.
Our experts will, of course, be available at the event to answer questions and discuss suggestions regarding the next development steps.
